These are the exact same files that the Launcher uses to Download and Install the Game/Updates. These are the links for directly downloading the Game files from Official Hoyoverse's Server. Paste this file in the same folder as the Game. If You are Manually Updating (not recommended since 2.4), don't do it before the Update is Live (November 2nd 2022, 06:00 UTC+8).
